This eight-week group mentorship begins November 3rd, 2026 and supports participants who feel afraid to speak, sing, be seen, or express what is true for them. Through weekly teachings, guided voice activation practices, voice exercises, and live group connection, participants explore the relationship between voice, self-trust, creative expression, and emotional liberations. Each week includes a live Zoom session, downloadable PDF resources, and MP3 audio practices to support integration between meetings. The program is designed for people who want to reconnect with their voice and authentic expressions in everyday life, creative work, and to support personal growth.
